Nicole did a phenomenal job selling our home. She was instrumental in prepping it for open houses using her own resources to manage some minor repairs as well as clearing out some of the clutter. She went above and beyond our level of expectations, in assisting with all of the document disclosures, etc. especially while the 2 owners were in different locations.
